Shipping Policy

 Shipping and Delivery Information

Please be advised that we are working to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Our operations are currently experiencing a delay in shipping due to impacts from the current worldwide health crisis.

 

We ask that you allow a few additional business days before your tracking number is generated and provided to you. We Thank You endlessly for your patronage and patience through these difficult times.

 

For domestic orders, please allow at least 4-7 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.

 

Disclaimer: Some items within the Home & Garden, and Accessories sections will take 7-10 business days for order processing as they are being shipped from their respective country of origin, in which the item was crafted.

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back by following the instructions in the Returns section below.

 

To protect our customers, BeeZ Garden is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and BeeZ Garden will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. 

 

Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed.

 

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

 

Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

 

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

 

U.S. Shipping Options and Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.

 

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, your order will be automatically upgraded to air delivery at checkout.

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

International Shipping Options and Costs

International shipping rates vary.  During checkout we calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.

 

Failed Delivery/ Returned to Sender/ Abandoned Packages

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (BeeZ Garden) at the customer’s expense. 

 

Damaged/Opened Box

Damaged boxes or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your products. If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Below is our policy on refunds, returns and exchanges.

 

The following terms are applicable for any product(s) that You purchased with us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this return and refund policy:

 

Company (referred to as either "The Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this

Agreement) refers to BeeZ Garden.

Product(s) refers to the items sold on the service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase product(s)s from us.

Service refers to the website.

Website refers to BeeZ Garden, accessible from https://beezgarden.com/

You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the product(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

● The Product(s) were purchased in the last 14 days

● The Product(s) are in its original packaging

● The Product(s) are not used or damaged, and free of any odors or fragrances

● The Product(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase

 

The following product(s) cannot be returned:

 

● The supply of product(s) made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

● The supply of product(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over (i.e., live plants).

● The supply of product(s) that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

● The supply of product(s) which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

Only regular-priced product(s) may be refunded. Unfortunately, product(s) on sale cannot be refunded.

 

You can exchange the product(s) purchased (when it was not on sale) with a new one by contacting us. If the item(s) you are interested in is no longer available, follow our return process for a refund and place a new order. 

 

BeeZ Garden offers free returns for damaged product(s), the product(s) delivered is different than the product(s) ordered, wrong quantity product(s) and product(s) looking not as described.

 

Returning Product(s)

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product(s) to us. An email detailing return instructions will be sent after the return request is accepted. 

 

We cannot be held responsible for product(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery.

 

Refunds

You will receive an email notification once we have issued Your refund. Once we issue Your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear on Your bank statement.


We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. No exceptions. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Gifts

If the product(s) were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to You, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. Once the returned product(s) is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

 

If the product(s) weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift Giver.

 

Final Sale Items

Live plants and all sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
